Biography

Dr. Jomaa is Assistant Professor of the Department of Mathematics and Industrial Engineering. He joined Polytechnique Montreal in August 2021. He has also been an associate professor at the École de technologie supérieure, Montreal (Canada) since June 2020. Before joining Polytechnique Montreal, Dr. Jomaa worked as a researcher in the Department of Metal Part Manufacturing at the Centre technologique en aérospatiale, St-Hubert, Quebec (Canada) where he contributed to setting-up several R&D programs and projects related to Smart Manufacturing, Advanced Machining processes, Special Processes, and 3D Printing of Aerospace Components. From 2015 to 2017, He completed his postdoctoral fellowship in Integrated Materials and Processes Modelling of Aeronautical Components at the Faculty of Science and Engineering - Université Laval (Canada).
