Univalor encourages entrepreneurship within his team

In line with its mission to encourage the creation of new businesses with high knowledge content, Univalor is pleased to announce that Luc E. Morisset, who led the team of business development since the establishment of Univalor ten years ago, will continue his career at the head of his own consulting company dedicated to innovation management.

"There are so many things to do in this area. Among other things, I want to contribute to help Quebec companies to be more innovative and more competitive on world markets. Of course, in my speeches, I will promote closer collaboration between the research and that of the industry, "says Luc E. Morisset working in the field of inventions and innovations for nearly 25 years.

Mr. Morisset was particularly proud to have contributed to the growth of an organization whose achievements and skills are recognized in Quebec and abroad. "Now that Mr. Philippe Calais, the new CEO has things well in hand for the future Univalor, I can go to my next career step with the feeling of accomplishment."

In the coming years is to multiply Univalor impact both among researchers of its member institutions as with industry and society. "To achieve this, new approaches are being implemented. And in this context, Univalor sincerely thank Luke for his contribution and dedication and hopes that this collaboration will take another form in the near future, "says Philippe Calais, President and CEO of Univalor.
