On December 7, prizes were awarded to honour the best personal projects created by third-year students as part of the Projet personnel en génie électrique (personal electrical engineering project) course (ELE3000).

In the course, under the supervision of a professor or an engineer designated by the Department, students are assigned an engineering design mandate. They must produce a professional-quality report that generally includes a review of existing work, the definition and situation of the problem, the chosen solution method, the results obtained and a discussion. The project is closed with a poster presentation.
