It's back to classes at Polytechnique!

August 31, 2011 - Source : NEWS
Welcome days, departmental activities, information stands hosted by experienced students, guided tours, workshops on finding housing in Montréal, orientation sessions for foreign students, activities offered by the Programme d'intégration des nouveaux étudiants de Polytechnique (program for integrating new students at Polytechnique -- PINEP), a lamb roast for graduate students... nothing is left to chance in welcoming new students to Polytechnique Montréal!

PINEP, which serves as new students' entryway to Polytechnique, has been holding a range of entertaining activities over the last few days, presented in the form of friendly competitions between the various engineering programs. The aim is to bring students into the pace of university life, facilitate their academic integration and promote a spirit of solidarity.

As a bonus, all new students will receive the Guide du nouveau newcomer's guide. This little document contains all sorts of useful information on the services provided at Polytechnique, along with tips for getting off to a good start in the academic world.

Welcome to classes, and a special greeting to all new Polytechniciens!
