Cancellation Policy

Cancellation:

- Before June 30th, 2021: 90% refund
- Between July 1st and August 25th, 2021: 75% refund
- After August 25th, 2021: no refund

Possibility to switch from a 'in person' to a 'on-line' registration for 50 CAN$

Deadlines:

- For presenting participant: July 23rd, 2021
- For non presenting participant: September 22nd, 2021 (Please note that a 50 CAN$ fee will apply for an on site registration)

 

Paper Submission

Full paper submission is now opened if you wish to submit a paper for inclusion in the indexed AIP PPS conference proceedings.
The deadline for full paper submission is October 31st, 2021.


Full paper submission is not mandatory to present at the conference. Full paper should be on PDF format. Minimum number of pages is four and maximum is five.
