The present work requiring precisely-controlled Bragg mirrors, they were deposited using our CMS-18 in addition with in situ ellispometric monitoring. The produced filters were critical in demonstrating that “Bloch surface wave polaritons using transition metal dichalcogenides can support long-range propagation”.
