Participants can decide, or be invited, to present a poster showcasing their research. When submitting an abstract to the conference, please specify if the work presented is intented for an oral or poster presentation.
A Student Poster Competition will honor the best student poster presented at the Canada-Japan Workshop on Composite. To be eligible for the award, students must present research that reflects their own work during the poster competition.
POSTER GUIDELINES
Please look at the poster guidelines displayed below to make a successful poster presentation:
- Your poster should correspond to the title and content of the abstract you submitted.
- Your poster size shall be 4 ft height x 3 feet wide, or A0 Paper size (1189mm height x 841mm width).
- Your poster should consist of materials that can be mounted easily with push pins. (e.g., paper, cotton fabric, etc.)
- Plan your poster to be in logical sequence, i.e. introduction, objectives, procedures and methods, results, conclusion.
- Please use large lettering, a minimum of text, graphics, color fonts, etc. to ensure visual effectiveness of your poster
