Rules for research activities during the COVID-19 pandemic

The reference for the rules and guidelines for all activities on campus during the COVID-19 pandemic is the Polytechnique website, with the guide for the resumption of activities (guide de reprise des activités) (and other information on government websites).

This page provides a reminder of the important rules and steps, but does not replace these rules.

  • the online training must be passed at https://moodle.polymtl.ca/enrol/index.php?id=2354
  • one has to do the self-evaluation test about COVID-19 symptoms (see guide for the resumption of activities):
    • On a daily basis, prior to entering the premises, every individual must answer the following questions about the state of their health:
      • Do I have ONE of the following COVID-19 symptoms: Cough, Fever, Difficulty breathing, General feeling of discomfort, Loss of sense of taste or smell, without nasal congestion. To a lesser extent, and in conjunction with the preceding symptoms: Headache, Sore throat, Gastrointestinal symptoms
      • Did I receive isolation guidelines?
      • Did I return from a trip abroad less than 14 days ago?
      • Am I, or have I been, in contact with an individual suffering from, or showing symptoms of COVID-19?
    • If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you must:
      • Complete the self-declaration form for personnel, students or visitors.

  • for the research activities related to transport data collection, in particular using the car and collecting video data in the field: signs have been put in the B344 office and in the car
