Cameras should be as high as possible to avoid occlusion between road users, and provide the right field of view to capture video about the phenomena of interest. There are two possible ways to install cameras, either on one of the telescopic poles available at Polytechnique that must be attached to existing fixed infrastructure, for example a lamp post, or on existing infrastructure, for example on a balcony or the roof of a building.
