Board of Governors

The Board of Governors is the highest authority of the TransMedTech Institute. It has authority over the Institute's strategic institutional development and is responsible for approving all strategic directions, objectives and policies. Its members are also responsible for approving budget aspects and evaluating the overall performance of Institute activities.

The Board of Governors is composed of 12 voting members, plus 6 non-voting external observers.
