Dave Saucier, Polytechnique Geological Engineering student, receives Gilles Joncas Bursary

Fourth-year Geological Engineering student Dave Saucier is the 2004 recipient of the Gilles Joncas Bursary, awarded by the
Canadian Association for Cooperative Education (CAFCE), Québec chapter.
The $1,000 bursary is given in recognition of the student's outstanding work during the internships he completed as part of his studies, in the firms Géophysique GPR, EnCana Corporation (Calgary), Mines Seleine and Golder Associates.
Mr. Saucier received the bursary from Gilles Joncas in person. Mr. Joncas, a graduate of École Polytechnique in Geological Engineering, is a pioneer of cooperative education in Québec and Canada and the founder of the CAFCE, Québec chapter.
