All students, whether full-time or part-time, must use the following payment methods.

- To avoid line-ups, opt for online payment through your financial institution.
Then add “Ecole Polytechnique Montréal” to your list of suppliers by entering your 8-character reference number, i.e. your identification number. The number can be found:
- on your account statement, at the top in the middle: ID POUR PAIEMENT INTERNET / TELEPHONE.

By Credit Card
- Send the form to the Registrar’s Office by fax at 514 340-5836.
- Scan the form and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Bring the form directly to the Registrar’s Office (Room A-201).
Cheque or money order made out to Polytechnique Montréal.
Write your student number on the back of your cheque for reference purposes.

Your financial institution must advise our Finance Office by fax (514 340-3272) that the bank transfer was requested, indicating your name and your student number.
Come to the Registrar’s Office counters (Room A-201) in the main Polytechnique building. Only cheques, money orders, and debit and credit cards are accepted. No cash will be accepted.
N.B.: Expect a delay of 7 business days for the processing of payments through financial institutions or by mail. If you make a payment at an ATM (bank machine), keep your transaction slip as proof of payment.
