Specialist in industrial engineering at Polytechnique Montreal, Diane Riopel have an academic career focused on leading two major causes: promotion of French in scientific and technical communities and participation of women in engineering field. She is also co-owner of the Chaire Marianne-Mareschal to promote engineering to women.
