Can't find the document you need?
When you can't find the document :

Check first it's status in the catalog : it should be « available » ;
- Did you look for it in the right section of the library (GEN, DICT,
etc.)? This is a common error ;
- You may want to check if the document is in the photocopy area, on individual work carrels or tables, or ask the Service de reference staff if it can be found in the «pre shelving section» at the Service du prêt.
It is possible that the document is now being consulted by another user or simply lost :
- You may ask the personnel to fill a « Document recherché » form and we will make an exhaustive search of the stacks ;
- Library personnel will contact you when the document is found.
