Registering with COLOMBO
Users must first register with Colombo, by filling out a form.
User accounts are active for a period of three years for professors and employees, and one semester for students. All users must re-register when their access period comes to term.
- Open the registration form
- Accept the security certificate to ensure confidentiality during transmission of the form's data (illustration)
- Enter your Poly user ID and password (illustration)
- IMPORTANT: In the first field of the form, enter your student ID number, which you'll find directly below the photo on your student card. You can then choose your password (illustration).
- Follow the instructions on the form and enter the information requested.
- Click on Submit.
